Evolany, and their platform Anybot, helps businesses connect and interact directly with their customers, all inside LINE and Messenger.
ROLES: UX PLANNING / UI DESIGN / INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE / BRAND IDENTITY DESIGN / WEBSITE DESIGN / PRINT DESIGN / DESIGN PROCESSES
I was responsible for the UX planning and UI design of a range of tools, including a series of smartphone miniapp templates, which businesses can select and customise through the platform, and use as a different sales channel for their customers.
I also helped to design the various interfaces and overall experience of the web app, which customers use to build their own miniapps.
The landing page I designed for Anybot, provides an overview of each of the features, including a chatbot builder, automated segmentation, a hotel and restaurant reservation management system, a powerful E-commerce shop builder, and a number of other analysis tools.
I produced a range of simple illustrations to help convey Anybot's use cases and features through the landing page.
I worked with the Evolany team as Design Director, and was first involved in creating a brand identity for Anybot, as well as producing a brand overview document, outlining the various logo formats, colour guidelines, typography and more.
Apart from visual identity guidelines, the brand overview document for Evolany also included explorations and details on the brand values, brand voice and company mission statement.
